Frequently asked questions

How does booking work?

Choose your route and vehicle, enter your flight and destination, and authorize your card. We assign a licensed local driver and confirm your booking by email within 12 hours. Your card is charged only when your driver is confirmed.

Is the price fixed?

Yes. The price is per vehicle, not per person, and includes tolls, fuel, luggage, meet & greet and waiting time for flight delays. The only extra is a small night surcharge for pickups between 22:00 and 06:00, shown before you book.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor your flight number. Your driver adjusts to the real landing time at no extra cost, so you never pay for flight delays.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time, with a full refund. See our cancellation policy for details.
