Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
You can cancel your transfer free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time (Italian time). You will receive a full refund to the card used for the booking, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Less than 24 hours before pickup
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, and no-shows, are not refundable, because the driver has already reserved the time for you.
Before your driver is confirmed
If you cancel before we confirm your driver, your card has not been charged: we simply release the authorization.
If we cannot provide the service
If we cannot confirm a driver, or if we have to cancel a confirmed transfer, you get a full refund (or the authorization is released) and you pay nothing.
Flight delays and changes
Flight delays are never a reason for extra charges. If your flight is cancelled or rescheduled, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp: we will move your transfer to the new time when possible, or refund you.
